SPECIFY YOUR REQUEST. PLEASE BE BRIEF AS THIS WILL BE USED FOR PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.Request a permit for construction of an easement road approximately 900 feet
in length to provide access to existing metes and bounds parcels.The proposed
road will have a 20 foot wide top and sloped ditches with a 2 foot separation
and 3 to 1 slope, see attached drawing. Distrubed areas will be stablized
and seeded. Approximately 660 yards of existing soil will be moved and up
to 300 yards of Class 5 will be added. Request extension until September 15,
2004 to complete road.
