and seeded. Approximately 660 yards of existing soil will be moved and up
to 300 yards of Class 5 will be added. Request extension until September 15,

Three Seasons Lodge, LLC - Approved As Presented:
A Conditional Use Permit Application as stated by the Applicant: Three Seasons Lodge is
requesting to remove the current cabin, unit number 5 on Lots 26 & 27 and replace it with a
new cabin structure. The current cabin is a 2 bedroom. The new unit would be a 3
bedroom. Three Seasons Lodge is a family owned & operated resort on the west end of
Otter Tail Lake. The property is described as Pleasant Grove Lots 24 - 30 & Pt of GL 2,
Section 32 of Amor Township; Otter Tail (56-242), GD.
Paul Ness & Denny Jones represented the Application.
Motion: A motion by Boyer, second by Maske to approve as presented. Voting: All

Motion by Lee, second by Froemming, and unanimously carried to approve a Conditional Use
Permit to build a driveway as presented with a condition as recommended by the Planning

Please be advised that, in accordance with the request of Mavis Samuelson, the
application has been signed by David Wenzel and the Deed showing the conveyance of
Tract L has also been included. However, if you review the map, you will note that
although the easement road will provide access to Tract L, the easement road is located
north of Tract L as well as north of Tracts J and M. It is actually located on Tracts G, H and
I.
If we can provide any supplemental information or assistance to you or the Commission,
please advise. The work will be completed by Perham Sand & Gravel and, although
Perham Sand & Gravel believes they can complete the project before September 1®*, we
are requesting an extension until September 15**’ in the event of an unexpected short term
