Meeting of the Otter Tall County Planning Commission vas held on August 1,
1990 at 7:00 P.H. in the Commissioners Room, Court House, Fergus Falls,
Minnesota 56537.
Members Present: Leslie Estes, Cecil Femllng, Frank Lachovitzer, Bert Olson,
Victor Petterson Jr., Diane Prischmann, Robert Schwartz,
David Trites. Wally Senyk, County Attorney's Office and
Bill Kalar, Land & Resource Management Office were also
present.
Hike Ackley and Reba Lee.Members Absent:
A motion by Trites, second by Lachovitzer to approve the minutes
of June 25, 1990 as mailed.
Approvedt
Voting: All members in favor.
A motion by Lachovitzer, second by Femling to approve the
Conditional Use Application of Richard Dorov. Rush Lake, (56-
141), 6D, Sublot 4 of Government Lots 3 & 4, Section 23, Rush
Lake Township as requested, fill is to match the height of the
north and south neighbors, finished grade must slope away from
the lake. Reason for approval is for the applicant to enjoy the
same rights and privileges as the neighbors.

Voting; All members in favor.
A motion by Lachovitzer, second by Prischmann Jto approve the
Conditional Use Application of James H.^ Anderson. Marion Lake
(56-243), GD, Parcel E of G.L. 2, Section 2, Dead Lake Township
as presented, the easement road must remain passable. Stanley
and Elsie Dahl spoke to the Commission.
