Attn: Bill Kaler
Dear Sir
I have been contaded by Char Lamb who owns a piece of property on Lake Marion. She has
prewously talked to you about some problems she has in obtaining permission to leave an Airstream
Camper on her property along with the existing cabin.
She has ordered a survey of her property. As I see it she will Imve to apply for a varrance to plat this
property in to two lots one with 150 feet of frontage and the other with 100 feet of frontage. Priorto
any of this we will probably have to go through a quiet title action. I have prepared a survey to some
adjoining property to the north of this and found that her legal description hse several errors,
ommissions or ambiguities.
At any rate it will be quit some time before I will be able to get to ths sureey arul we will have to dear
up the title problems prior to submitting anythir^ to the Board of Adjustments. She is hoping for some
more time to attempt to resolve her problems before she is forced to move the Airstream.
I am planning on getting to this as soon as possible, but my schedule is very full and I don't, even
want to attempt to schedute anything for this at this time until I get several dher previously ordered work oompletki. We would apprecete your patience. Let me know your thoughts on this.
TlrankYou.
