Passed;A motion by Portmann, second by Lee to deny the special use
permit of Mauritz Holmstrom, dated May 23, 1977 on Stuart Lake,
No. 56-191, RD, Sec. 3 of Nidaros Twp. as fill will cause destruction
of trees and for aesthetic reasons.
Voting; All members in favor.
A motion by Davis, second by Nordgren to approve the variance
application of Earl Hisl6p, dated June 2, 1977 on Marion Lake,
No. 56-243, GD, Sec. 1 of Dead Lake Twp., subject to work being
completed by October, 1978.
Passed;
Voting; All members in favor.
A motion by Estes, second by Portmann to adjourn the meeting at
9;45 P.M. and to set Wednesday, July 6, 1977 as the date for the
next regular meeting of the Planning Commission.
