MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion wa:3 made by John Everts, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
approximately 4' from the required side lot line setback of 10’ for the location of a 26' by 36‘ addition, with a
tuck under garage, approximately 6’ from the side lot line. This addition will be no closer to the lake than the
existing structure and can be no closer than 6' to the property line of Reserve Lot E. The finished floor of the
garage v/ill be higher than 3' above the water table. It should be noted that Reserve Lot E is presently not
developed. Reserve Lot E is low and perhaps not a buildable lot. After additional consideration, motion was
made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve an 8' by 20’ attached
deck to be considered as the water-oriented acce.ssory structure for this parcel. No side lot line variance is
being granted for the 8‘ by 20’ deck.
