Verle Marsh and Nadene Len:^ Approved as modified.
Motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Robert Schwartz and unanimously carried, to approve the following as
it relates to Lot 12, Cedar Park Club:
1. side lot line setbacks of 10’ will be maintained,
2. the ordinary high water level setback will be either at the string line or 50’, whichever is the most restrictive,
3. the septic tank/lift station can be place 4’from the road right-of-way,
4. the existing shed must be placed 6’ from the side lot line and 12’ from the west (back) lot line before any
permits can be issued, and
n 25% of the total lot area can be covered with impervious surfaces.5. no
HardsWp is a substandard lot of record. It was noted that the variances as granted will improve an existing
substandard situation ^d will provide the applici with a reasonable use of their property.
