Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to
allow the replacement of an existing 29' by 30' structure with a 32' by 34' structure being
no closer to the east shore line than the existing structure and extending 2' further to
the north shore than the existing structure with the condition that the shed near the north
shore must be removed.

Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve a water - oriented accessory structure,
being at least 10' from the dwelling, 20' from the ordinary high water levels, no more than
10' in height, no more than 20' in width and having an area of no more than 260 square feet
with the condition that it be placed further to the west so that it has no easterly
exposure to Lots 12, 13, and 14.
