James Shaver - Approved the variance as requested with a condition. (6:30 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, seconded by Paul Larson and unanimously
carried, to approve the conveyance of 20’ from Lot 7 for permanent attachment to Lot 6 and to declared Lots 6 and 7
buildable lots with the condition that all existing development and any new development must meet all setback t
^requirements.f The Board noted that the variance as granted would improve Lot 6 without negatively affecting Lot 7.
*The Board also noted that all the lots in this immediate area are substandard and that the variance as granted does
not create any additional building site.
