One of these conditions required the impervious surface, onsite, not to exceed 25%. Our Office went onsite (November 29, 2006) to calculate the existing impervious surface, and it was determined to be 27.88%. Since this is the case, on or before February 1, 2007, you should provide our Office with a written plan and drawing identifying how you intend to comply (including the proposed project) with the 25% requirement. Once we receive this information and confirm that you will comply with this requirement, we can process your Conditional Use Permit.
