One of these conditions required the impervious surface, onsite, not to exceed 25%. Our Office went onsite (November 29, 2006) to calculate the existing impervious surface, and it was determined to be 27.88%. Since this is the case, on or before February 1, 2007, you should provide our Office with a written plan and drawing identifying how you intend to comply (including the proposed project) with the 25% requirement. Once we receive this information and confirm that you will comply with this requirement, we can process your Conditional Use Permit. Please note that the two additional conditions on your approval include: 1. The walkway to the north is removed and made into a pervious area. 2. The sand beach area is not constructed.
