Benjamin C and Donna L Kimball - Approved with conditions. (7:23 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Cecil Femling made a motion to approve the variance as requested. The motion
died for lack of a second. After additional consideration and discussion, Michael Conlon made a motion second Steve
Schierer and carried with Cecil Femling and Paul Larson voting no, to approve a variance of 5’ from the required side
lot line setback of 10’ for the proposed development as depicted on the drawing as submitted by the applicants with
the condition that the structure which connects the applicants’ existing garage with the neighbor’s garage must be
removed before a site permit for the proposed development can be issued and with the condition that no more than
25% of the total lot area can be covered with impervious surfaces.
