Their motion is as follows: A motion by Erickson, second by Maske to approve as requested with conditions: 1. Land & Resource must be notified prior to the work being started, with some supervision from the Land & Resource Office throughout the project. 2. An erosion control plan must be submitted to and approved by Land & Resource. 3. The project must be completed by October 10, 2009. On August 18, 2009 the County Board of Commissioners passed a motion to approve the request as recommended by the Planning Commission. As you can see, there are conditions placed on this approval. Once these conditions are met, our Office will process your Conditional Use Permit. If you have any questions, please contact our Office. Proposed fill area of 5’ average width & 3’ average depth. Approximately 40 cubic yards of fill. 2 6’ retaining walls 3!4 to 4’ in height in front. 2 8’ retaining walls 3Vz to 4’ in height in rear. The property is described as Lot 4 & Lot 3 ex E 40’ BIk 1 Lemar & W 17’ of Lot 20 & all of Lot 21 Maplehurst, parcels not to be split, Section 26 of Lida Township; Lake Lida (56-747), GD. Motion: A motion by Erickson, second by Schwartz to approve as presented with conditions; 1. Drainage is addressed so that water collected around the building drains away from the neighbor, toward the driveway. 2. Land & Resource is notified prior to anymore work being done. 3. Install 4 sets of concrete steps - Step A, B, and C will be 9 steps high, 4’ wide and 12” treads. Step D will be 4 steps high, 4’ wide and 12” treads. Proposed walls will be placed in same location of existing rock walls with very little excavating. The only digging needed is for 6” base under walls and steps and for T thick layer 3/4“ rock behind all walls. Materials needed would be 30 cu. yds. fill sand for area 5, 20 cu. yds. class 5 gravel, 20 cu. yds. % rock and 20 cu. yds. topsoil to fix grass. Total earthmoving 100-150 cu. yds.
