MOTION AS FOLLOWS:

Motion was made by Rancteill Mann, seconcted by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
of 65' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' and a variance of 15* from the required
shore Impact zone setback of 50' for the construction of an 8' by 16' three season porch 35' from the ordinary
high water level. It was noted that the addition would not be view obstructing and would be no closer to the
ordinary high water level than the existing structure. Hardship being a shallow pie shaped lot.

MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Dan Oehler, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 65'
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' and a variance of 15' from the required shore impact
zone setback of 50' for the construction of a 24' by 26' addition to an existing dwelling and for the construction of a
20' by 22' boat storage addition with the condition that the 24' by 26' addition continue in a parallel line to the
existing structure which should place the addition no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing
structure. After additional consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Bert Olson and
unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 1' from the required 10' holding tank setback for the location of a 20
by 22' boat storage addition 9' from the holding tank.
