I understand that I have applied for a variance from the requirements of the Shoreiand Management Ordinance of Otter Tail
County. I understand I must contact my township in order to determine whether or not any additional variance and/or permits
are required by the township for my proposed project.

MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Dan Oehler, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of 4' from the required side lot line setback of 1 O' and a variance of 15'
from the required drain field setback of 20' for the construction of a 14' by 22' garage with the
condition that the back lot and front lot as separated by the dedicated road will be considered as
one parcel, Hardship being a substandard lot of record.
