The proposed second story deck must meet the sting line test. The Board of Adjustment is granting no variances for the proposed first story screened in porch area. I was noted that no more than 25% of the total lot area could be covered with impervious surfaces after the completion of the proposed project. It should be noted that had the variance been approved for the proposed-screened porch it would have had an impact on the view from the adjacent property.
