MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of 5' from the required drain field setback of 20' for the location of a
structure 15' from the drain field. It was noted that the addition does not have a
basement (crawl space only) and that the location of the addition will not interfere with
the maintenance of the drain field,
to the drain field than the original structure.
It should also be noted that the addition is no closer
