Motion
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve
a variance of 15’ from the required township road right-of-way setback of 20’ and a variance of 10’ from
the travel surface of a private easement road for the placement of a 12’ by 14’ storage shed 5’ from the
township road right -of-way (38’ from the center of the township road) and 10’ from the private
easement road noting that the applicant should make an effort should to place the 12’ by 14’ storage
shed as far north as the applicants can without the need of a variance. It was note that older gray
colored shed will be removed. Hardship is a substandard lot of record. Good location considering the
size of the applicants’ lot and the location of the existing structures, water/sewer systems, etc.
