George and LaRae Stebe - Denied as requested.
Motion was made by Cecil Femling second by David Holmgren to approve the variance as requested. This motion
was later withdrawn as no hardship could be established. ■ After additional consideration, motion was made by Mark
Steuart, second by Steve Schierer and unanirhbusly carried, to deny the variance as requested noting that no
adequate hardship had been shown and the applicants should consider other more suitable alternatives. It was noted
that the existing structure is in a grossly substandard location.
