Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve the subdivision
of Lot 20 as described in the applicant’s request. It was noted that two building sites existed prior to the applicant’s
request and two building sites will remain after the variance is granted.

Motion by Randall Mann, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried to amend the minutes of the June 4,
1998 meeting to read as follows:
To approve the subdivision of Lot 20, Wall Lake Point, noting that 6,400 square feet will be permanently attached to
Lot 21 with the balance of the Lot 20 being permanently attached to Lot 19.

has made application to the Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment for a variance as per requirements of the Otter Tail
County Shoreland Management Ordinance and/or the Subdivision Controls Ordinance. The Otter Tail County Board of
Adjustment will assemble for this hearing on
June 4,1998, at 6:30 p.m..
in the Commissioners’ Room of the Otter Tail County Courthouse, Fergus Falls, MN. (Please use the west Law
Enforcement entrance.) Individuals requiring special accommodations should contact the County Auditor’^
office prior to the date of the public hearing.
