MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
notion was made by Carl Johnson, seconded by Cecil Pemling and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of approximately 3'4* from the required side lot line setback of 10'
for the remodeling of an existing garage 6'8* from the side lot line with the condition
that it not exceed the maximum height requirement as stated in the ordinance. Hardship
being a substandard lot of record.
