January 7,1999 meeting - Motion was made by Cecil Femling, second by Randall Mann and unanimously carried to
grant the applicants’ request and to table the hearing until the April 1, 1999 Board of Adjustment meeting. April 1,
1999 meeting - Tabled until the May 6, 1999 meeting per the request of the applicants. May 6,1999 meeting -
Letters from Bruce and Ruadene Nilson and Jean Cory in support of the applicants’ request was read for the record.
After discussion and consideration, motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Randall Mann and carried with
Rod Boyer abstaining, to abide by the variance as approved in 1984 noting that future repairs of the fence can be
done with new materials so long as the variance of 1984 is followed.
