Explain your problem here:
In order to avoid building a garage over the holding tank and
to best utilize space on the lot, I would like to build
approximately two (2) feet from the lot line and even with
my neighbor's shed which is five (5) feet from the edge of
the road line. By locating the garage in this area, it also
will not interfere with or obstruct the use of the garage and
parking area of my neighbor to the west. Our parking areas will
be adjacent to each other.
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps, plans,
information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICIANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING.
I understand that I have applied for a variance from the requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance of Otter Tail County.I understand I must contact my township in order to determine whether or not any^dditioodl v^iar|ces anchor permits are required by the township for my proposed project. / Y ^ I \ //
