The matter of the Qkerstrcm request, tabled from the September meeting,
was again broui^t before the bocird, with a letter received fron the
County Attorney on the road in question cind title opinion. Motion
was nade by Craig Andersc«, seconded by Victor Petterson and unani
mously carried, to table.
Curtis Oiristcpherson, Fargo, ND, requested permission to construct
a 22' X 30’ cabin with attached 12' x 22' porch, on site.of current
m±)ile hare, 5 feet farther away from lot line than existing mobile
hone, porch in same location, on the of Lot 15, Bill's Beach,
West McDonald Lake in Edna Township. Herb Huber appeared and spcke to the issue. After consideration, motion was made by Carl JOhnson,
seconded by Victor Petterson and unanimously carried, to grant as
requested, no closer to lake than existing building, hardship being
terrain not allowing moving fcirther back, substarvdard lot of record.

Mary Pat Collins, Edina, MN, requested permission to construct bedroan
addition to existing structure on Lots 16, 17 & 18, Midland Beach,
Pelican Lake in Dunn Township. Letters received were read. After con
sideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Carl JChn-
scn and unanimously carried, to grant permission at no closer to lake
than existing structure, on the condition Lots 17 & 18 be ccrfcined
and remain forever carbined and no other variance requests be created.
Gerald L. Larsen, Fargo, ND, requested permission to construct 12' x 20'
porch to existing structure 8' from property line on Lot 6, Peach's
Silent Lake Beach, East Silent Lake in Dora Township. AFter consideration, motion was made by Dan Oehler, seconded by Craig Anderson and
unanimously carried, to grant the side lot Vcudanoe of 2', building no
closer than b', nardship being substandard lot of record.

Donald Prepodnik, Golden Valley, M4, requested permission to place mobile home 100' from Spitzer L^e, on Lot 2, Block 1, Woodland Devel-
optent, 1st Add'n, Leaf Mountain Township. Motion was made by Craig
Anderson, seconded by Victor Petterson and unanimously carried, to
table for additional information.

Roger J. Erickson, Moorhead, M4, requested permission to replace
a 10' x 22' boathouse 4' from property line on Lot 10, Northland Beach,
Pelican Lake in Dunn Township,
son appeared and spoke to the issue. After consideration, motion was
made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried with Carl
Johnson voting "no", to deny, no adequate hardship shown.

Letters received were read, Ed Erick-

construct garage 175* from Anderson Lake, on a parcel in G.L. 3,
Section 5, Friberg Township. After consideration, motion was nade
by Victor Petterson, seconded by Daniel Oehler and inanimously car
ried, to grant ^jproval, hardship being terrain.

35' X 60' open end pole building cattle bam approximately 49' from
Unnaned Lake, on part of G.L. 2, Secticn 32, Dane Prairie Township.
Appearing and speaking were Earl Keith Folger and Jerry Martins.
After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by
John Everts and unanimoLSly carried, to deny, no hardship shown.

After consideration, motion was nade by Victor Petterson, seconded by

being terrciin.
