per requirements of the Otter Tail County Shoreland Management Ordinance or the
Subdivision Controls Ordinance.The Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment will assemble

Motion was made by Tom Stringer, seconded by John Everts and carried
to table action on the following requests:
Joseph Leon Witzke, Perham, MN, requests permission to sell less than 2^5 acres out
of the NE% of Section 19, Butler Township .
Norman G. Wheeler, Dent, MN,requests permission to sell a 9.5 acre resort retaining
approximately 1% acres, in G.L. 7, Section 29, Edna Township.
The request of Barbara Lindberg-Soronen, Fergus Falls, MN to sell
a 2.2 acre parcel without platting or surveyor's drawing in Section 29, Dane Prairie
Township was cancel 1 ed.
After all requests were considered, a discussion was held on the
problems involving after-ther-fact requests , penalties involved in non-compliance
with the ordinance requirements and possible changes or amendments to the ordinances.
No official action taken..
