Upon motion made by Andy Leitch, seconded by Hub Nordgren and
carried, an application of Erwin Brutlag for grading and construction of driveway
on Lot 11 of First ADdition to Ed's Sunrise Beach, Tumuli Township, was approved.
Motion was made by Sydney Nelson, seconded by Bert Hovland and
carried, to refer the application of Ole Lather for special use permit to construct
approx. 800' of road in G.L. 2, Section 13, Rush Lake Township, back to the Otter
Tail County Planning Advisory Commission.
Motion was made by Bert Hovland, seconded by Andy Leitch and carried,
to deny application of J. C. Schulz, for special use permit to clean debris from
Lots 1,283, Summer Haven Beach, Scambler Township, upon recommendation of the
Otter Tail County Planning Advisory Commission.
Motion was made by Sydney Isjel^on, seconded by Andy Leitch and
carried, to approve a registered land survey in Sections 4 8 9 - 136 - 41.
Motion was made by Bert Hovland, seconded by John Snowberg and
carried, to approve a preliminary plat of Betty Johnson Add'n, to be located in
Sections 20 and 21 - 137 - 42.
Motion was made by Bert Hovland, seconded by John Snowberg and
carried, to approve an application of Robert W. Johnson for special use permit
to construct 2,000 feet of road to serve proposed subdivision in Section 20 -

in Section 22 - 132 - 42, provided, however no other splits have been made.

carried, to approve a metes and bounds description of a parcel 65,000 sfiare feet,
for Harry Bengtson, in G.L. 2, Section 14 - 131 - 40.
A preliminary plat of Walden Hills, located in Sections 19 and 20
of Leaf Mountain Township was presented to the Board for approval. Upon motion
ma.de by Andy Leitch, seconded by Bert Hovland and carried, action was table until
March 21st at which time the to'.ra board members will be requested to appear to
present their opinion on said plat.
