I have contacted the Shoreland Management office who advised me a correction would be made on the permit granted, as authorized by the Board of Adjustment. The applicatj-on states ''Approval at 65 feet from the lake'*. 1 believe this must be a recording error. I visited the site and discussed the issue with Mr. Draxton on 5-19-81 and we came to the following conclusions. Mr. Draxton agreed to build no closer than la5 ft, from Uie ordi nary high water mark. He had requested the privilege to be 10 ft, closer than this but is satisfied at 145 ft. The lot he will build on will be at least 97,250 sq. ft. or more in size with no less than 280 ft. of lake frontage. Of the remaining shoreline on this parcel in the ilW^ Sec, 22 only one more lot would result in any subdivision. In other words two lots could be made of this parcel Mr. Draxton now owns as one piece.
