Michael L. and Mary A. Wollan - Approved/denied the variance as requested with a condition.

After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Michael Harris and unanimously
carried, to approve the variances as requested for the 6’ by 8’ bathroom addition and for the 10’ by 18’ shed with the
condition that the 10’ by 18’ shed cannot be used for sleeping quarters and to deny the variances as requested for the
8’ by 10’ shed, the 8’ by 12’ shed and for the 10’ by 10’ addition to the 10’ by 18’ shed. The variances as approved
provide the applicants with a reasonable use of their property.
