Motion was mate by Berton Olson, seconded by Dan Oehler and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 75'
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' for the placement of an 8' by 12' structure 25' from
the creek with the condition the existing 5' by 6' structure be removed. Hardship being a substandard lot of
record. This structure should be no closer to the creek than 25'.
