The property is described as part of Government Lots 5 and 6, Section 1 of Aurdal Township on Fish Lake. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 30' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200' for the construction of an addition 170' from the ordinary high water level. It was noted that the addition will not obstruct the view of the adjacent properties. It was noted that when the original structure was constructed in 1978 it was 230' from the ordinary high water level. Hardship being the significant changes in the established ordinary high water level for Fish Lake and the peninsula shape of the applicant’s property.
