MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Feiniing and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance to subdivide a 2.29 acre parcel from the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest
1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, Section 12 of Inman Township. The parcel will be 250' by 400'
and will be conveyed to the adjacent property owner. It was noted that the adjacent
property owner requires this additional property to make a full circle for a center pivot
irrigation system.

Thomas A. and Renee L. Worum, Golden Valley, MH, requested a variance of 16' from the
required ordinary high water level setback of 108’ for the location of a 10' by 26'
storage shed 84’ from the ordinary high water level and a variance of 5S' from the
required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the location of a 14’ by 14’ screen
house 50’ from the ordinary high water level. The property is described as Lot 6, Block
1, Oakdale Second Addition, South Turtle Lake in Tordenskjold Township. The audience was
polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was
made by Randall Mann, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a
variance of 16’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 130’ for the
location of a 10’ by 26’ storage and fish cleaning shed 84’ from the ordinary high water
level with the condition that by June 1st, 1996, the 6’ by 6’ shed and the 14’ by 14’
screen house must be located in areas that comply with the setback requirements of the
shoreland ordinance.Hardship being the extreme bluff on the applicant's property.
Martelle B. Sherman Tabled
Martelle B. Sherman, Richville, MH, requested a variance of 4’ from the required side lot
line setback of 10' for the placement of a 12' by 20' garage 6’ from the side lot line.
The property is described as Lot 7, Beauty Beach, Otter Tail Lake in Amor Township,
audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request,
weather in the area the applicant was unable to attend the variance hearing,
consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously
carried, to table the applicant’s variance request until the December 7th, 1995, meeting.
