Marty and LaRae Danielson - Approved the variance as modified. (8:20 p.m.)
September 1, 2005 Meeting - The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the variance as
requested. Letters from Corey Nyhus and Gregg Schuler in support of the variance as requested were read for the
record. After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Joe Maske and unanimously
carried, with the verbal agreement of the applicants, to table this variance request until the September 8, 2005
meeting to allow the applicants an opportunity to consider other alternatives. September 8, 2005 Meeting - After
discussion and consideration, Michael Conlon made a motion, second by Paul Larson and carried with Cecil Femling
voting no, to approve a variance of 36’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ and a variance of
10’ from the requir^cU^uff setback of 30’ for the constryctf20’ from the kiprdftlje bluff as depic^ on the revised drawin^submitted by the applicants. The revised drawing has
