RE:
As requested by the Otter Tail County Planning Commission and Otter Tail County Land
and Resource, consultants from West Central Environmental out of Morris, Minnesota
inspected and determined the area under consideration for a conditional use permit and
wetland delineation. Reports of their findings were sent to our home address and a
second copy sent to Otter Tail County Land and Resource for your review.
On the second provision recommended by Otter Tail County, 1 am enclosing a drawing of
our erosion control plan. A 3’ x 50' silt fence was erected in the area where the work will
be completed. Using 1” x 2” x 4’ stakes, the fencing has been attached by wood screws
and washers to prevent the silt fence from tearing in windy conditions. I will make it my
responsibility to make sure the fence is in the same condition throughout the work
process.
