Robert Sperl - Denied (6:32 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously
carried, to deny the variance as requested as no adequate hardship unique to the property had been shown that
would allow for the granting of the variance as requested. The Board noted the following: 1.) this particular setback
requirement was established to protect the health of the public, 2.) there is adequate room for the placement of the
tank in a location that complies with the required setback, and 3.) the site permit was only for a 54' by 30’ dwelling,
which did not include the 14’ by 14’ screen porch.

you that the 14 x 14 screen porch 14x14 deck and
the 8 X 28 porch were intended to be on the
application for site permit. They were on the scaled
drawing which is part of the required site permit
application.
