dead trees on the shoreline, including the washed rock in the root cavities, and to allow restoration
of the temporary road (back to original grasses), which includes a maximum of 8 yards of top soil for
stabilization; this approval does not authorize the cleaning out of vegetation or addition of sand, at
the beach.
