After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, seconded by Paul Larson and unanimously
carried, to approve a variance to have a substandard back lot declared a buildable lot for non-residential purposes
with the condition that the area contained within this back lot cannot be used when calculating impervious surface
coverage for front lot development.
