After additional consideration and discussion, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by George Walter and carried with Cecil Femling voting no, to approve a variance of 7.5’ from the required top of bluff setback of 30’ for the construction of a deck 22.5’ from the top of the bluff with the condition that the construction of the proposed dwelling/garage (as shown of the applicant’s drawing) must start at the 20’ road right-of-way setback and with the condition that the runoff water must be diverted to the right and run through as much of the grass area as possible before going over the bank.
