Gary and Lori Skilling - Approved
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 3’
from the 18’ maximum height of a non-dwelling structure for the construction of a 40’ by 72’ pole building having an
overall height of 2T with the condition that the proposed structure must be at least 10’ from and no more than 15’ from
the back lot line of Lot 3, Block 2, Freedom Flyer Estates. It was noted that the proposed structure would not contain
a second story and that the proposed structure will not restrict or obstruct the view of the neighboring properties.
