The terrain of our lake lot will allow construction of a cabin at theProposed Use of Land:
crest of a 15-foot natural embankment. To prevent erosion, request permission to excavate
the lower portion of the bank on the lake side of the cabin and extend the foundation
walls out at an angle to stabilize the bank. The extended walls would taper at the
natural angle of the embankment.
Further, request permission to pour a five-foot-wide concrete waterway/ramp in an
existing drainage gully in the embankment. This would require minimum widening excavation.
It would p;revent further erosion and allow access for garden tractor size equipment from
the upper to lower level of the lot.
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps, plans,
information about surrounding property, etc. A??L\C\m\ SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING.
