August 9, 2001 Meeting - After consideration and discussion, motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Steve
Schierer and unanimously carried, to table the applicants’ r|equest, for additional review by the applicants, until the
September 2001 meeting of the Board of Adjustment. It should be noted that the applicant (David Olson) verbally
agreed to the Board’s action to table his variance request. | September 6, 2001 Meeting - Prior to the meeting a letter
was received from David M. and Shawn M. Olson withdrawing their request. The request was accepted by the
general consent of the Board of Adjustment.

needed. This will be a unattached horizontal platform under 36 inches high.
