MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Carl Johnson, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve
construction of a dwelling no closer than 50' to the ordinary high water level. Hardship being a substandard
lot of record and the unique shape of the lot.
July 10, 1997
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by John Everts and unanimously
carried, to change the language in the previously approved variance from
"dwelling" to non dwelling structure" and to allow for the construction of a
garage no closer than 50' to the ordinary high water level and at least 20'
from the road right-of-way.
