Motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to approve development no
closer to the ordinary high water level than what would be allowed by the string line and at least 50’ back from the
ordinary high water level. For clarification it should be noted that if the string line provides a setback of less than 50’
then the development must be placed at least 50’ from the ordinary high water level.
