After consideration and discussion, Randall Mann made a motion, second by Steve Schierer and carried with Paul
Larson and Robert Schwartz voting no, to deny the variance as requested noting that the deck is within the shore
impact zone, ahead of the string line and a reasonable use of the property can be obtained without the granting of the
variance as requested.
