ScJ- l-S-f-‘v / MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE OTTER TAIL COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT February 21, 1980 The Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment met at 7:30 p.m.. Thursday, February 21, 1980 with Craig Anderson, Tom Donoho, Calvin Johansen, Andy Lindquist and George Walter present. The following applications for variance were presented: North Central Camp Cherith, 2755 Rice St., Apt. 606, Roseville, MN requested permission to build an,8' x 16' waterfront storage and holding tank approximately 30' from Lake Six, on Lot 21, Sky Blue Water Beach in Hobart Township.Motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried, to allow building at 75' set back with chemical toilet only.Motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Calvin Johansen and carried, with Andy Lindquist opposing, to rescind the previous motion and allow construction of a storage facility 30' from highwater mark.Reason for granting, so they may enjoy the same privilege as the neighbors. Herman A. Seeba, 410 Calle Converse, Camarillo, Calif, requested set back of 100' rather than the required 200' on Little Long Lake, being Ft. G.L. 2, Section 36, Friberg Township. Request was withdrawn. With no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
