Jcrfinson Daniel Oehler Victor Eetterson, Jr. Tim Greip, Land & Resource Wally Senjic, County Attorney Chairman Walter called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.ra., and hearing no changes or corrections to the minutes of the August meeting, de clared same approved as nailed. The fiallowing applications for variance were heard: Earl A. i Loyola Buth, Detroit Lakes, MN, requested permission to split a 200 foot lot in G.L. 4, Section 9, Dmn Township into two 100’ lots. Big Pelican lake. After consideration, motion wes made ly Craig Anderson, seccrvted by Dan Oehler and carried, Petterson ab sent during vote, to grant approval, hardship being property purchased in segments over a period of time, no further variances required, sih- ject to an approved surveyor's drawing being furnished to the auditor's office. CALL TO ORIFR MINUTES APPROVED EARL A. BUTH APPROVED Francis Jensen, Minneapolis, MJ, requested a 70' variance fron the 250 squaire foot maximiiii water orientated accessory structure, on Parcel #2, G.L. 3, Section 32, Dunn Township, on Lake Liazie. AFter listening to various interested parties, letters received, and after consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and carried, Ccurl Johnson voting "no", to dery, no ade quate hardship shown. Keith Newman, Fergus Falls, MN, requested permission to split Lots 5, ex. N 125', and all Lot 6, into two parcels, one 100' frontage, the other 105’ frontage on Jewett lake, in Elizabeth Township. After listening to testimony, motion was made by Craig Andersen to table until after June 1, 1991, but the motion was withdrawn, was then made by Victor Petterson, seconded by Craig Anderson to table. Motion carried unanimously. FRANCIS JENSEN CENIED KEITH NEWMAN TABLED Motion Virgil L. Heldt, Moorhead, WJ, requested permission to build dwelling 5' from lot line, on Lot 5, Sky Blue Water Beach, Hobart Township on Lake Six.
