The variance requested is:
a variance that would permit Lot £ of Sky Blue Water Beach to remain as a separate lot
instead of being combined with Lots 3 and 4 of Sky Blue Water Beach. Lots £, 3, and 4
are substandard contiguous lots which have been combined for purposes of the Otter
Tail County Shoreland Ordinance. The minimum lot size requirement for platted lots on
a recreational development lake is 40,000 square feet of area and 150’ of water
frontage and lot width.
