Darwin and Cynthia Hendrickson - Denied. (8:32 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Paul Larson made a motion, second by Michael Harris and unanimously carried, to deny the
variance as requested as no adequate hardship unique to the property had been shown that would allow for the granting of the
variance as requested and noting that the applicants have other alternatives to consider that would provide them with a
reasonable use of their property without the need for the variance as requested. The Board also noted that the denial is
consistent with past actions regarding this type of request.
