MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
approximately 40 to 45’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the replacement of an existing
log cabin with a 30’ by 40’ structure approximately 55 to 60’ form the ordinary high water level with the condition that
no other variances will be granted for the development of this property. It was noted that the applicant should give
consideration to the location of a water system and to the location of a septic systems, as well as, to the location of
any additional structures the applicants might want before proceeding with the constnjction of the 30’ by 40’ dwelling.
