Construct a 16 foot wide driveway to service Tracts F & G. Driveway is needed to gain access
Tract F building site without filling any wetland. Driveway lenght is approx. 1,500 feet and
approx. 670 cubic yards of earth excavation will take place.
Construct a 18 foot wide driveway to service Tracts Q, R, S, T & U. Driveway is needed to
gain access to the building sites of Tracts Q, S & T without filling any wetland and will
eliminate the need for 5 individual approach's onto the culdesac. Driveway length is approx.
1,120 feet in length and approx, 996 cubic yards of earth excavation will take place.

Motion - April 11. 2001: A motion by Trites, second by Zimmerman to table (at the
Applicant’s request) the Application to May 9, 2001; reason being that due to snow, the
Commission Members were unable to view the request.
Motion - May 9, 2001: A motion by Sha, second by Boyer to approve the revised plans
dated April 13, 2001 as presented; requiring an 18" culvert in the northwest basin of the
wetland and a ditch plug installed approximately 50' northwesterly of the driveway as per
the Applicant's discussion with Kyle Westergard (Inspector, Land & Resource
Management).
