For : 438 56587 (218) 342-2645 : Location; South Shore of Sybil Lake, Approximately 7 acre tract located in Section 32 of Hobart Township, property is along east line of the property owned by Modrow's located in Section 6 of Edna Township. Access to CONSTRUCTION A 500 ft. road starting at the south entrance, proceeding west, then curving to the northeast. Road will be 12ft. wide with estimated 500 cubic yards of soil to be moved. Extreme care will be implemented' to keep existing trees and undergrowth. At areas where road is crossing a steep bank, ( ie. 3+50 and 4+00 ) the road will be sloped towards the bank to prevent run-off oyer the edge of the road towards the lake. EROSION Drawings indicate crossing a ravine which will require installation of, a 12" culvert., -Riprapping will be done on the discharge side of this culvert as is needed. Any exposed banks that indicate 'an erosion problem, will be either riprapped and or seeded or sodded. Again, existing vegetation will try to be mainta;ined. PURPOSE the construction of this road is for access to the lake area. We have tried to design a'road that allows for the least amount of grade to get to this area. We are asking , for a 12 foot road, do to its use being only for our family. Construction plans have indicated■that consideration be given to possible run-off or erosion towards the lake. . We have indicated construction measures that will reduce this /'happening. We also note that at not time will the road be closer than 100 ft. from the water edge.
