After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, to approve
the variance as described in the variance application dated October 11,2006 and as depicted in the drawing submitted with the
variance application. The Board noted that the proposed development is on the backside of the existing dwelling and does not
obstruct the view from the adjacent properties.
